Returns & Refunds
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you'd like to return an item. Returned items should reach us in resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund (less the original postage cost) — return postage is paid by the customer.

If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it.
Sending it back
Returned items should reach us in re-saleable condition, in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund within 5 working days. Refunds are for the item price less the original postage cost.
Exchanges
Would prefer a different size, colour, or item instead? Contact us and let us know what you'd like in exchange — you'll only need to cover the postage cost of sending it to you.
